  Went into this store to enquire about having a new kitchen. A smartly dressed man wrote my details down on a piece of paper and said they would call back later that day, I'm still waiting for that call.

  Cupboard frame fell on my head while viewing a display kitchen; at the time I was holding my new born baby. Salesman who witnessed it and was more concerned about the cupboard, telling me to simply put the frame on the side, and then continued to remain with his customers! I then approached the manager, who logged the incident, but offered no form of basic first aid assistance, by which time my head had come up in a huge lump and was very painful. I was not offered a chair to sit on or even a glass of water. I was simple told to go to hospital if I thought I needed to and was allowed to leave the store, to drive home with a newborn baby and a painful lump on my head! Appealing!
