  I don’t even want to give this a one star, today 6th November 2017 went to collect my glasses that I had a text about and got to pudsey store at 18.00hrs to be told by a very young lady after taking my details that she’s not qualified to give me my glasses, and then told me everyone else had gone home, leaving the department for 2 hour with no qualified staff note a happy customer

  The service here used to be brilliant and I was actually referred to this optician by the eye clinic, as I require additional tests that aren't offered everywhere. But in the past 12 months, the prices have increased, the service has gone downhill, and the attention to detail seems to have vanished. My most recent eye test here resulted in an incorrect prescription, which I spotted (at no point did the staff spot it) when the glasses arrived. I had to have a second eye test, wait for the glasses a second time, and they refused to give me my PD measurement because they didn't want me to be able to use my prescription to order glasses online from other companies.
